Refund Policy

Refunds, chargebacks and billing requests are handled according to the checkout terms shown at purchase.

Checkout provider

AdaptDiet purchases, trials and subscription billing are processed by Paddle. The refund window and eligibility are shown during checkout.

Trial access

If a trial is offered, billing and cancellation timing follow the checkout terms. Trial access is not counted as paid revenue until an approved payment is actually charged.

Refunds and chargebacks

If a refund or chargeback is approved, premium access may be removed and the account may return to free access.

How to request help

For billing support, use the same email used during purchase so the transaction can be located. Requests may require the order email, transaction ID or subscription details.

Digital product access

Because AdaptDiet is a digital service, access and refund handling may depend on usage, checkout provider rules and applicable consumer laws.
