How we use data

We use data to create your plan, personalize recommendations, maintain your account, provide premium access, improve product quality, prevent abuse, measure ads and understand funnel performance.

Analytics and advertising

When you arrive from an ad or campaign, we may store UTM parameters, campaign identifiers, creative identifiers and related analytics. We may send privacy-conscious browser and server events to advertising platforms to measure performance and improve the user experience.

Payments

Payment information is processed by Paddle. AdaptDiet does not store your full card details.

Data sharing

We may use service providers for hosting, authentication, analytics, notifications, payments and infrastructure. We do not sell your personal information.

Your choices

You can choose whether to allow notifications, and you may contact support to request help with account, access or privacy-related questions.
